System Analyst

We are looking for an experienced System Analyst to lead end to end analysis and specification processes for core systems, financial products, and advanced digital services. This role combines close collaboration with business and technology stakeholders, translating business needs into innovative solutions, and contributing to high impact projects.

What You'll Do

• Gather, analyze, and refine business requirements for banking, payments, money transfers, digital wallets, and financial services.

• Lead end-to-end system analysis and specification processes (HLD & LLD) for Web, Mobile, Back Office systems, and financial integrations.

• Analyze and design complex financial processes, including payments, money transfers, digital wallets, customer onboarding, identity verification, and authorization management.

• Define and specify integrations with financial core systems, payment providers, banking platforms, Open Banking services, and external partners, working within Microservices and Event-Driven Architecture environments.

• Collaborate closely with Development, QA, Architecture, Information Security, Regulatory, and UX/UI teams throughout the project lifecycle.

• Leverage Generative AI tools to improve analysis, specification, and documentation processes.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in Systems Analysis within digital environments - Must

• Proven experience in analyzing and specifying Web and Mobile systems - Must

• Experience analyzing complex business processes in multi interface environments - Must

• Experience in one or more of the following domains: Banking Systems, Digital Wallets,Payments & Clearing, Money Transfers, Open Banking, Prepaid Cards, or FinTech - Must

• Experience in API analysis and specification, including REST services, JSON structures, and Swagger/OpenAPI documentation - Must

• Experience writing SQL queries and performing data analysis/investigation - Must

• Understanding of Microservices architecture and complex integrations - Must

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments using Azure DevOps, Jira , or similar tools - Must

• Experience in UML modeling (Use Case, Sequence, and Activity Diagrams) using tools such as Draw.io, Lucidchart , or Visio - Must

• Experience with KYC, AML , Customer Identification, and Financial Regulatory processes - Significant Advantage

• Experience working with payment providers, clearing systems , or Open Banking platforms - Advantage

• Familiarity with information security standards in the financial industry - Advantage

• Experience integrating AI tools into day-to-day work processes - Advantage
