Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Web Developer role based in Kiryat Bialik. The Web Developer will design, develop, and maintain web applications and sites, collaborating closely with designers, product managers, and other developers. Responsibilities include implementing front-end interfaces, building and integrating back-end services, optimizing performance, and ensuring compatibility across browsers and devices. The role also involves troubleshooting issues, participating in code reviews, and following secure coding and best-practice development standards. The Web Developer will contribute to project planning, provide technical input, and support continuous improvements to existing systems. Qualifications

• Strong Web Development and Programming skills, with experience in modern web technologies and frameworks.

• Proficiency in Front-End Development, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive Web Design.

• Experience in Back-End Web Development, working with server-side languages, APIs, and databases.

• Ability to collaborate with UI/UX and design teams to translate requirements into functional, well-structured solutions.

• Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git) and common development workflows.

• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and commitment to clean, maintainable code.

• Relevant technical degree or equivalent practical experience in software or web development.

• Experience with security best practices, performance optimization, and cross-browser testing is an advantage.
