UAS Operator and Instructor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced UAS Operator and Instructor to join our growing team. In this role, you will be a key contributor, responsible for training, technical support, and operational execution related to our UAS (Unmanned Aircraft Systems) products.

Responsibilities:

• Lead independent training sessions for internal and external customers on new UAS equipment.

• Provide technical support to customers.

• Conduct demonstrations and participate in sales events.

• Actively participate in field testing operations.

• Occasionally assist Lab Technicians during flight testing operations, with a focus on UAS maintenance and quality control.

Requirements:

• Operational experience with UAS systems.

• 1-2 years of full-time experience as an Instructor in the UAS aviation field.

• Experience with project/process management procedures.

• Proficiency in onsite system troubleshooting (operator-level maintenance).

• Ability to manage logistical operations and work effectively under pressure.

• Demonstrated ability to lead demonstrations and flight events.

• Ability to travel up to 40% of the time.

• Excellent English proficiency (essential).

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus):

• Knowledge of Aviation Flight Operations.

• Knowledge of Maintenance Management Systems and processes.

• Holds a RATA aviation certification.

• Prior military experience with unmanned systems.
