Engineering Manager

Requirements: What You Bring to the Table • 3+ years of experience managing engineering teams • 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, including API design and distributed systems • Proven track record building and scaling high-volume, web-based solutions • Strong experience with cloud-native infrastructure, containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines • Skilled at building consensus across departments and aligning engineering with business goals • Experience managing full project lifecycles and technical teams, including performance management • Excellent communication in English (written and verbal)
