Strategic Business Development & Transactions Manager (Global)

Join Timnat Energy and play a key role in sourcing, evaluating, and executing renewable energy transactions across international markets.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and evaluate acquisition opportunities for renewable energy projects across international markets.

Work closely with developers, financial institutions, advisors, EPC contractors, and other key stakeholders.

Lead financial, commercial, and technical evaluations of investment opportunities.

Manage external advisors throughout due diligence processes.

Support negotiations, acquisition transactions, and prepare materials for internal decision-making.

Collaborate with financial institutions to secure project financing and achieve financial close.

Identify and pursue grants, incentives, and government support programs in the company's target markets.

Support projects from transaction closing through the transition to execution.

Requirements

* Proven experience in business development, project finance, or investments in the energy sector.

* Experience with renewable energy projects, including solar, battery energy storage (BESS), or other energy infrastructure.

* Strong financial, commercial, and technical understanding of renewable energy projects.

* Hands-on experience in project evaluation, due diligence, acquisitions, or financial modeling.

* Experience working with banks, developers, EPC contractors, and service providers.

* Excellent written and spoken English.

* International business experience - an advantage.

* Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or Law - an advantage.
