Print Production Manager

About the Company

Overall responsibility for the production process from the planning stage to the final printing using flexo printing technology, while ensuring quality, accuracy, adherence to schedules and customer satisfaction.

About the Role

The role combines operational management of production processes, ongoing control, professional support of customers and department employees, and leading continuous improvement processes in the factory.

Responsibilities

• At least 5 years of experience in production management or a similar role in the printing / packaging / industrial production industry

• Knowledge and practical experience in pre-press processes, graphics, file preparation, photocopies and coordination with printing houses

• Experience in flexo printing - mandatory

• Experience in graphics programming - mandatory

• Ability to work in a team while maintaining high standards of quality

• Excellent interpersonal communication and ability to work regularly with customers

• Mastery of the PRIORTIY and OFFICE systems - an advantage

• High accuracy, order and systemic vision
