Senior Tableau Developer (25156)

Job Description

• Tableau Development: Design and develop complex, high-performance Tableau dashboards.

• Requirements Gathering & Specs: Write detailed business and technical specifications based on end-user and stakeholder requirements.

• Stakeholder Management: Work closely with internal clients, business units, and stakeholders across the organization.

• Admin & Support: Manage client access permissions, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide ongoing business/technical support.

Job Requirements

• Experience: 4-5+ years of hands-on experience in modern Tableau development – Must.

• End-to-End Ownership: Proven experience leading characterization (specification) and development tasks directly with diverse business users – Must.

• Data & Infrastructure: Deep understanding of Tableau infrastructure and connectivity to Data Warehouses (DWH) or other data layers. Strong grasp of business and technical data models.

• Advanced Tableau Skills: Proven experience creating highly complex dashboards – Must.

• Tableau Administration: Solid experience with Tableau access management (permissions), task scheduling, and project configurations – Must.

• Database Skills: Proven experience working with SQL Server or similar relational databases – Must.

• Certification: Tableau Certification – Must.
