Business Development Manager | Real Estate Finance

A leading Real Estate Finance company is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join its growing team.

This role offers the opportunity to lead business growth initiatives by identifying and originating new financing opportunities, building long-term relationships with real estate developers and strategic clients, and playing a key role in expanding the company's market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Originate and develop new financing opportunities within the real estate sector.

Build and strengthen relationships with developers, strategic clients, and key market players.

Lead commercial negotiations and support the structuring of financing transactions.

Work closely with internal teams to evaluate and advance new opportunities.

Drive business growth by identifying new markets and strategic partnerships.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.

Proven experience in Business Development, Relationship Management, or a similar role within a bank or non-bank financial institution.

Strong background in Real Estate Finance, commercial lending, or structured finance.

Strong network within the Israeli real estate market.

Demonstrated ability to originate and develop new business opportunities.

Excellent commercial, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
