Program Manager German Speaker

Senior Program Manager | German Speaker | International B2B Technology An international technology company is looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead a strategic, long-term customer program with a major government client in Germany.

This is a highly visible role, combining Program Management, Customer Success, Technical Project Management, and Account Management. You'll be responsible for driving the customer journey end-to-end – from implementation and onboarding through ongoing support, upgrades, relationship management, and business growth. Responsibilities ✔ Lead a large-scale international customer program from implementation through long-term delivery.

✔ Act as the primary point of contact for the customer and build trusted, long-term relationships.

✔ Drive successful onboarding, product adoption, upgrades, and ongoing customer satisfaction.

✔ Manage project timelines, milestones, KPIs, and cross-functional collaboration.

✔ Coordinate with Product, R&D, Operations, Support, and Logistics teams.

✔ Work with CRM and project management tools to monitor progress and deliver results.

✔ Deliver customer training, status updates, and executive presentations.

✔ Identify opportunities for contract renewals, account expansion, and additional business.

✔ Travel internationally (approximately 25%). Requirements ✔ 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Customer Success, or Technical Account Management within a B2B technology company.

✔ Experience managing complex international customer projects.

✔ Strong technical orientation, including experience working with both hardware and software solutions.

✔ Experience working with European government or public-sector customers – an advantage.

✔ Native or fluent German (knowledge of German culture and business environment is highly preferred).

✔ Excellent English communication skills.

✔ Experience with CRM and project management tools.

✔ Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
