A government organization in the Dimona area is looking for an Entry-Level SOC Analyst (Tier 1) to join its Cyber Security Operations Center.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to start a career in Cyber Security, even without previous professional experience.

The position is also suitable for students (50% position).

Responsibilities

• Monitor cyber security events using SOC monitoring platforms.

• Detect, analyze, document, and escalate security incidents.

• Operate security monitoring and cyber defense tools.

• Respond to cyber incidents according to operational procedures.

• Work closely with Cyber Security and IT teams.

Requirements

• Availability to work 24/7 rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Ability to work on-site in the Dimona area.

Advantages

• Knowledge of computer networking and communication protocols.

• Familiarity with Linux and Windows Server.

• Knowledge of DNS and Active Directory.

• Familiarity with SIEM platforms.

• Knowledge of security products such as Firewalls, Antivirus, and Sandbox solutions.

• Basic understanding of cyber threats and incident detection.
