Systems Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior C# Systems Manager to lead a team of developers and analysts responsible for the development, maintenance, and ongoing operation of critical software systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Professionally lead and manage a team of developers and system planners.

• Manage task intake, prioritization, allocation, follow-up, and delivery.

• Ensure high-quality deliverables, adherence to timelines, procedures, and professional standards.

• Provide professional guidance and support to team members.

• Lead software development, implementation, upgrade, and maintenance projects.

• Manage ongoing production operations and customer-facing activities.

• Work closely with internal teams, business users, external vendors, and global partners.

• Lead technological improvements, introduce new technologies and tools, and promote process optimization.

• Identify and resolve complex production issues, including incidents occurring under high-pressure conditions.

• Provide status updates, identify risks, and escalate issues when required.

• Drive continuous improvement throughout the systems lifecycle.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in Information Systems, including project leadership and systems support.

• 7+ years of hands-on C# experience -mandatory.

• Proven experience with trading room / FX trading systems - mandatory.

• Proven experience leading software implementation, upgrade, and maintenance projects.

• Strong project management and professional leadership capabilities.
