Lead AI Data Architect

We’re hiring a Lead AI Data Architect for a key role at the heart of our technological activity.

The role includes leading the design, development, and implementation of advanced data architectures in complex environments, working with diverse data sources, building end-to-end data pipelines, and supporting Near Real-Time / Real-Time systems.

What You’ll Do:

• Design and lead complex data architectures in data-intensive environments

• Develop and maintain data pipelines for structured and unstructured data

• Build Data Lake / Lakehouse / Data Warehouse solutions

• Work with real-time and near-real-time data streams

• Design scalable, high-availability, and high-performance solutions

• Collaborate with Data, AI, Analytics, Intelligence, Product, and R&D teams

• Implement best practices in Data Engineering, Governance, and Architecture

What We’re Looking For:

• 6+ years of experience in Data Engineering / Data Architecture / Backend Data roles

• Significant experience designing and building complex data systems

• Strong proficiency in Python / Java / Scala

• Strong experience with SQL, Data Modeling, and database schema design

• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL / Oracle / MySQL

• Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB / Cassandra / Elasticsearch

• Experience working with Object Storage such as S3 / GCS / HDFS

• Experience with Orchestration / ETL tools such as Airflow, Prefect, or Dagster

• Experience with Kafka / Pulsar / Kinesis or similar streaming technologies

• Strong understanding of distributed architectures, scalability, and performance

Big Advantage

• Experience with Big Data frameworks such as Spark / Flink

• Experience with Time Series, text, image, video, or sensor data

• Familiarity with Search Engines / Indexing such as Elasticsearch or OpenSearch

• Experience with Feature Stores or AI / ML infrastructure

• Experience working in On-Prem / Air-gapped environments

• Familiarity with Data Governance and information security processes
