About the Role

A leading healthcare organization in Tel Aviv is looking for an AI QA Engineer to join its engineering team developing large-scale AI solutions.

In this role, you'll be responsible for testing AI-powered applications and intelligent agents, combining manual testing with Python-based automation. You'll work closely with Development, Data, DevOps, and Architecture teams to ensure the quality and reliability of AI solutions used by millions of users.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test plans based on functional specifications.

• Perform functional, integration, system, and end-to-end testing.

• Validate AI applications and AI Agents.

• Develop Python-based testing and automation scripts.

• Perform API testing using Postman and Swagger.

• Prepare and maintain test data and testing environments.

• Document and track defects using test management tools.

• Collaborate with Development, Data, DevOps, and Architecture teams.

• Continuously improve testing methodologies and product quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.

• 3+ years of experience in Software QA.

• At least 1 year of hands-on Python development experience.

• Experience testing Web Client & Server applications or AI-based systems.

• Experience writing test plans, test cases, and investigating software issues.

• Experience with API testing using Postman or Swagger.

• Experience working with databases.

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
