Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring a System Engineer for a security organization in Northern Israel

The role includes operating and implementing IT infrastructures across multidisciplinary computing networks of various scales, from small networks to complex project-based environments, while supporting the full project lifecycle from initiation through lab development, testing sites, and final delivery to the customer

Responsibilities

Operate and implement IT infrastructures in multidisciplinary computing networks

Support projects throughout the full lifecycle, from initiation to development, testing, and customer delivery

Implement IT solutions and provide support for various IT issues

Work with communication infrastructures, hardware, virtual environments, and integrated systems

Ensure the availability of project-based computing environments

Lead control processes, verify implementation of requirements, document processes, and preserve organizational knowledge

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in a System role within Enterprise or SME companies

Experience operating and implementing IT infrastructures and integrating large computing systems in complex environments

Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems and Windows Servers

Proven experience in data communication and working with Cisco or Juniper products at CCNA level

Experience installing, upgrading, and maintaining network services, including Active Directory

Experience setting up, upgrading, and maintaining VMware-based virtualization environments, including vSphere, vCenter, and VRA
