Business Operations Coordinator, Tel Aviv

We're hiring: Business Operations Coordinator — Tel Aviv, on-site

Twine is a fast-growing cybersecurity startup building the world's first AI Digital Employees. We're looking for a Business Operations Coordinator to be the person who makes sure the important things across the company actually get done.

This is a broad, cross-functional role. You'll own follow-up and accountability across the company, coordinate legal and agreement operations, build reports and dashboards (with AI doing a lot of the heavy lifting), run cross-functional projects, and support planning and light finance operations. You drive things to completion — you don't just track status.

You'll be a great fit if you:

• Have 2-5 years in business operations, legal operations, or startup operations

• Own execution — you chase deadlines, escalate blockers, and get things across the line

• Are analytical and comfortable with spreadsheets, trackers, and data

• Use AI tools, or are eager to learn

• Are fluent in Hebrew and English

• Are direct, organized, discreet, and calm under pressure

There's a real growth path here into a senior business operations role. On-site in Tel Aviv, five days a week, flexible start.
