About the Role

A leading insurance company in Central Israel is looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Project Manager to join its Technology Division.

In this role, you'll lead complex infrastructure projects from planning through implementation, working closely with technology teams, vendors, and business stakeholders. You'll be responsible for project execution, budget management, timelines, risk mitigation, and ensuring successful delivery in a large enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT infrastructure projects.

• Build project plans, define milestones, and manage timelines.

• Manage project budgets, resources, and delivery.

• Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies.

• Collaborate with Infrastructure, System, Network, Security, and Business teams.

• Manage external vendors and service providers.

• Lead project status meetings and executive reporting.

• Monitor project progress and drive continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience managing technology projects.

• Proven experience leading IT infrastructure projects.

• Experience building project plans, managing budgets, and project schedules.

• Hands-on experience with project management tools.

• Experience managing cross-functional teams and external vendors.

• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
