Finance Manager – Rehovot Dairy

We are hiring an experienced and results-driven Finance Manager to join our leadership team at the Rehovot Dairy site!

In this role, you will lead the site’s financial analysis, manage cost control and inventory systems, drive SAP implementation, and lead a team of economists.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership: Member of the site management team; direct manager of the economics team.

• Financial Analysis & Reporting: Generate and analyze financial reports, identify business trends, operational gaps, and present insights to management.

• Operations & Costing: Analyze site manufacturing costing, input utilization, and oversee inventory management control systems.

• Systems: Lead the implementation of the SAP system at the dairy site.

• Stakeholder Management: Work closely with cross-functional teams, site leads, and corporate headquarters.

Requirements

• Education: CPA or BA in Economics / Business Administration – Mandatory.

• Experience: 3+ years leading a team in finance/economics (industrial/manufacturing sector preferred) – Mandatory.

• Technical: Advanced Excel skills – Mandatory. High analytical capabilities.

• Mindset & Skills: Proactive problem solver, strong multitasker, able to thrive under pressure in a manufacturing environment.

• Interpersonal: Outstanding interface management and interpersonal skills.
