Salesforce Tech Lead

COMBLACK is hiring a Salesforce Tech Lead!

Join a senior technology role focused on leading Salesforce platform architecture, best practices, secure scalable design, integrations, and source-driven delivery processes.

What are we looking for?

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform

• Deep expertise in declarative configuration, platform architecture, and best practices

• 3+ years as a Salesforce Architect or senior technical Salesforce role

• Expert-level experience designing and implementing Salesforce Flows

• Experience building secure and scalable Salesforce environments

• Familiarity with Apex and LWC

• Hands-on experience designing and maintaining integrations with external systems

• Strong understanding of deployment processes and CI/CD pipelines for source-driven automated deployment

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, Jira, and cross-organizational lifecycle governance

• Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex technical topics to management and non-technical stakeholders

• Relevant academic degree

• Salesforce Certified Administrator certification – mandatory
