We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to join our growing team. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth execution of commercial processes, supporting sales activities, and coordinating between customers and internal departments to deliver exceptional service and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales contracts and customer orders from signing through delivery and payment collection.

• Coordinate with logistics, finance, production, and project teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

• Serve as a key point of contact for customers regarding deliveries, documentation, invoicing, and payment processes.

• Monitor payment status, support collections activities, and help manage financial risks.

• Prepare reports, sales forecasts, shipment updates, and operational dashboards.

• Support market analysis and demand forecasting through data collection and reporting.

• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reporting processes, and operational efficiency.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and global teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Logistics, or a related field – mandatory.

• 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Order Management, Project Coordination, or a similar role.

• Strong understanding of commercial processes, including contracts, deliveries, invoicing, and payments.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

• Analytical mindset and ability to work with data, reports, and performance metrics.

• Experience working with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.

• Fluent Hebrew and English – both written and spoken.

• Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
