Final Test Department Manager

Join Tabor Electronics and lead our Final Test operations.

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on, and results-driven technical leader to manage our Final Testing (FAT) department. This is a key leadership role for someone with deep electronics expertise, strong system-level troubleshooting skills, and the ability to lead engineers and technicians toward operational excellence.

What you’ll do:

·        Lead and manage the Final Test department, including work plans, resources, team performance, and delivery commitments.

·        Oversee final testing of electronic systems and circuit boards, including complex troubleshooting and component-level repair processes.

·        Drive development of advanced test programs and automation solutions to improve testing efficiency, repeatability, and accuracy.

·        Ensure compliance with testing standards, quality requirements, customer specifications, calibration processes, and technical documentation.

·        Collaborate closely with Operations, Engineering, R&D, and Quality teams to ensure seamless execution and operational excellence.

What we’re looking for:

·        10+ years of hands-on experience in electronics, testing, troubleshooting, and component-level repair of electronic boards and systems.

·        5+ years of proven management experience leading teams or departments in the electronics industry; laboratory management experience is a strong advantage.

·        B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering or Practical Electronics Engineering; RF systems experience is a significant advantage.

·        Strong knowledge of electronic hardware, RF systems, analog and digital electronics, and system architecture.

·        Experience developing automated test solutions, writing test procedures, and maintaining automated programs.

·        Strong diagnostic skills and ability to read and interpret engineering schematics and technical drawings.

·        Hands-on experience with electronic test and measurement equipment and validation processes.

·        Proficiency in Python, C++, OrCAD, Microsoft Office, and ERP systems; Priority ERP experience is an advantage.

·        Excellent leadership, communication, decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

·        Fluent Hebrew and English.
