Legal Contract Manager

We are seeking a Project Contract Manager to support the contractual and commercial management of large-scale infrastructure projects.

The role includes contract analysis, risk assessment, claims management, change order administration, and ongoing protection of the company's commercial interests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze, interpret, and manage complex commercial contracts throughout the project lifecycle.

• Develop and implement contract and claims management strategies.

• Manage contractual correspondence, notices, and communications with customers and partners.

• Identify, assess, and mitigate contractual and commercial risks.

• Lead the preparation and management of claims, counterclaims, variation orders, change requests, and extensions of time.

• Provide contractual and commercial guidance to project teams and management.

Requirements:

• LL.B and licensed Attorney-at-Law.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Contract Management, Claims Management, Commercial Law, or Project Management.

• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
