Mertens Malam Team is looking for a Field IT Technician to join a leading company in the automotive industry in the Shfela region. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic, technology-driven environment, providing hands-on support across multiple sites and enterprise IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

Provide hardware and software troubleshooting and technical support

Manage user accounts and permissions

Install and configure end-user workstations and devices

Support and maintain PCs, peripheral equipment, and endpoint devices

Travel to company branches across the country to provide on-site technical support

Work with PC environments, Outlook, Exchange, Active Directory, and networking protocols

Requirements

Experience troubleshooting hardware and operating system issues

Familiarity with printers, scanners, and peripheral devices

Experience working with Outlook, Exchange, and Active Directory

Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP networking protocols
