Integration and Installation Manager

We are looking for

For our Haifa site, we are looking for an Integration and Installation Manager within the Aerospace division. In this role, you will lead the manufacturing, integration, and installation processes of UAS ground control stations – from subcontractor management through to customer delivery. If you combine technical capability with managerial leadership and enjoy seeing a product go from design to reality – come lead with us

In this role you will

Manage hardware subcontractors from design phases through system delivery to the project

Perform system integration and provide support at company and customer sites

Lead and support manufacturing processes of ground control stations

Work in the field at sites in Israel and abroad

Requirements

Practical Engineering diploma in Electronics or Electrical Engineering

Experience in military systems integration

Ability to read technical drawings and work with measurement equipment

Experience in subcontractor management

Good command of English

Willingness to travel and work in the field at sites in Israel and abroad

Systems thinking, ability to lead in a matrix environment, excellent interpersonal communication, teamwork, and fast learning ability
