- Experience with GNSS-denied navigation
- Experience with simulation-to-real workflows
- Linux development and debugging experience

Our tech supports military teams with a safe, easy-to-use operating system, creating impact every day in the field. We are looking for an experienced Flight Control Engineer to join our Algorithms team and lead the flight control domain across our autonomous drone platform. In this role, you'll develop advanced control algorithms at the intersection of robotics, aerodynamics and autonomous systems, enabling safe and autonomous flight in complex real-world environments. What you'll do • Design, implement and improve flight control and guidance algorithms for autonomous drone systems • Develop and optimize control loops running onboard the aircraft in real-time environments • Take algorithms from concept and simulation through flight testing and production deployment • Own the full lifecycle, from design and implementation to testing, tuning, deployment and ongoing production improvements • Lead the flight control domain within the algorithms team and drive technical decisions • Work closely with software, hardware and system engineers to develop robust aerial autonomy capabilities
