Within our Investment Division, we operate a unique and highly specialized Global Macro Investment activity, focusing on sovereign bonds, interest rate derivatives, and FX exposures across international markets.

This is an opportunity to join a cutting-edge team that combines deep macroeconomic research with active portfolio management, operating in a domain that is still relatively niche in the Israeli market.

What you’ll do?

• Leading macro investment strategy and market economics

• Managing interest rate, foreign exchange and bond exposures in Israel and internationally

• Developing and implementing investment and hedging strategies using advanced financial instruments

• Performing macroeconomic analyses, building scenarios and assessing risks and opportunities

• Preparing investment recommendations and presenting them to investment committees and senior management.

• Working with brokers, banks, research bodies and professional bodies in Israel and abroad

• Collaborating with risk management, finance, actuarial and investment units

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or a relevant field

• Previous experience in managing macro investments, interest rates and foreign exchange and/or in-depth understanding of global capital markets, interest rates, bonds, foreign exchange and derivatives

• Experience working with financial derivatives and hedging instruments
