IAM / IDM Implementation Specialist

A leading company is looking for an IAM / IDM Implementation Specialist for a hands-on role in the field of Identity and Access Management.

The role includes responsibility for the design, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Identity Management systems, working in an advanced technological environment with a strong focus on IBM IAM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and integrate IAM / IDM solutions across the organization

• Manage user lifecycle processes, including Onboarding and Offboarding

• Define and manage permissions, access rights, and Segregation of Duties (SoD) processes

• Implement and manage access controls in accordance with information security and regulatory requirements

• Maintain, enhance, and customize the IDM platform according to organizational needs

• Provide professional guidance and promote best practices in Identity and Access Management

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience implementing IAM / IDM solutions – required

• Hands-on experience with IBM Security Verify / IBM IAM – a significant advantage

• Experience with access management and User Lifecycle Management

• Familiarity with RBAC – an advantage

• Familiarity with Cloud, SaaS, and OpenShift environments – an advantage

• Familiarity with additional information security products and technologies – an advantage

• Experience working in an Agile environment – an advantage

• Active Level 3 security clearance or higher – a significant advantage
