Simulation Specialist

A Fire Safety Engineering firm with a warm, family-like atmosphere is looking for a Fire Simulation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the planning, modeling, and execution of advanced computer simulations in the field of fire safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute computer-based fire and egress (evacuation) simulations using advanced modeling tools.

• Manage and lead projects end-to-end, providing close support and maintaining ongoing communication with clients.

• Collaborate and interface regularly with architects, project consultants, and stakeholders through both in-person and Zoom meetings.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating high attention to detail and the ability to deliver under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in Architecture, Design, Drafting, or Simulation – A significant advantage.

• Strong technical aptitude and excellent 3D spatial perception for executing fire and smoke propagation simulations.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD – An advantage.

• Full proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications – Required.

• Strong interpersonal skills, a collaborative mindset, and meticulous attention to detail.

No prior experience in fire safety? We welcome highly motivated candidates with a strong desire to learn and acquire a fascinating, challenging profession. Full comprehensive training will be provided in-house.
