Senior System Administrator

We are looking for an experienced System Administrator to join a large, enterprise-level IT environment. This hands-on role focuses on managing and maintaining complex on-premises and cloud infrastructure, with a strong emphasis on virtualization technologies, enterprise servers, storage, networking, backup solutions, and troubleshooting mission-critical systems.

Key Responsibilities • Manage, maintain, and optimize enterprise IT infrastructure.

• Install, configure, administer, and support both physical and virtual servers in local and remote environments.

• Administer and maintain VMware virtualization environments (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter), including provisioning, performance tuning, monitoring, upgrades, and troubleshooting.

• Manage and support Active Directory services, including GPOs, DNS, DHCP, Domains, and permissions.

• Manage enterprise backup, replication, and disaster recovery solutions using Veeam Backup & Recovery.

• Maintain and support hybrid On-Premises and Cloud infrastructure.

• Troubleshoot complex issues across Compute, Virtualization, Storage, Networking, and Operating Systems.

• Work with enterprise storage solutions (SAN/NAS) and ensure high availability and business continuity.

• Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams on infrastructure projects, upgrades, and migrations.

Requirements • At least 5 years of hands-on experience as a System Administrator in an enterprise environment supporting 100+ servers and 500+ users (Microsoft & Linux) – Mandatory.

• Strong hands-on experience with VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, including deployment, administration, optimization, and troubleshooting – Mandatory.

• Extensive experience with Veeam Backup & Recovery – Mandatory.

• Experience with SAN/NAS storage systems, preferably HPE Nimble and HPE MSA – Mandatory.

• Experience working with hybrid cloud environments (Azure/AWS) – Advantage.
