Cargo Operations Officer

Job Description

To oversee all operational aspects supporting the commercial department, ensure safe and efficient aircraft handling, and deliver high-quality service to customers

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage flight documentation and pouches, maintain accurate system data, and ensure proper processing for imports and exports.

• Monitor cargo build-up, track missing items, and ensure timely flight closure, while overseeing proper cargo placement and efficient warehouse operations.

• Oversee the acceptance and handling of dangerous goods, ensuring full compliance with IATA and internal safety regulations.

• Provide support from the cargo office, manage system updates, and maintain clear communication.

• Follow departmental procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Education

Minimum requirement: High School Diploma

Expirience

• Minimum of 1-3 years experience in similar jobs.

• Experience in Cargo airline / Freight Forwarder companies/ GSA is an advatnge.

• Familiarity with ERP/ CRM systems and practices.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent teamwork skills.

• Ability to work under pressure.

• Ability to work around the clock (24/7).

• Open minded and willing to learn.

• Strong ability to pay attention to details, concentration and accuracy.

• Ability to execute on multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Energetic with strong work ethic.

• Fluent in English(basic) is a must.
