Cyber Threat Researcher

We are recruiting a Cyber Threat Researcher for a government organization located in central Israel.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct advanced cybersecurity research in cloud environments

• Develop investigation methodologies and attack detection strategies

• Analyze attack chains and develop threat research capabilities

• Identify emerging cyber threats and produce technological research reports

• Provide intelligence-driven insights to investigation teams and support the detection, identification, and alerting of cyberattacks in cloud environments

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience conducting cybersecurity research or in a similar role in information security and cloud security

• Research experience in at least two of the following areas: Digital Forensics, Threat Intelligence, Penetration Testing, Incident Response, Network Research, or Cyber Tool Development

• Experience working with Cloud environments, cyberattack analysis, Big Data, and technology research

• Familiarity with operating systems, data communications, communication protocols, and computing infrastructures

• Strong research skills, experience writing professional reports, ability to work with technical stakeholders, and the ability to present findings clearly and accurately
