Software Engineer

We build agentic AI systems that analyze performance data, generate diverse playable and video ad concepts, deploy them to ad networks, and continuously learn from the results. Sett is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our out-of-this-world, cross-functional team. Requirements: • At least 8 years of experience in software development - a MUST • Strong hands-on experience with Python (At least 4 years) - a MUST • Proven ability to develop and maintain complex backend systems • Experience with LLMs, agentic workflows, or AI orchestration frameworks • Curiosity, drive, and a passion for building great tech
