Vice President Operations

We're hiring a VP Operations to lead and scale the global operations of an innovative technology company with international customers and a rapidly growing business. This is a high-impact leadership role with end-to-end ownership of Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Manufacturing, Inventory, and Global Distribution.

Responsibilities:

• Lead global Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Inventory operations.

• Manage international logistics, 3PL providers, suppliers, and manufacturing partners.

• Drive demand planning, forecasting, and inventory optimization.

• Build scalable operational processes to support business growth.

• Lead cost reduction and operational excellence initiatives.

• Oversee production planning, quality, and on-time delivery.

• Partner closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to align operations with business objectives.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of leadership experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing, or Procurement.

• Proven experience managing complex global supply chain and logistics operations.

• Strong experience with international suppliers, 3PL providers, and global distribution.

• Demonstrated success in improving operational efficiency and reducing costs.

• Experience in inventory planning, demand forecasting, and supply planning.

• Strong commercial negotiation, analytical, and project management skills.

• Fluent English.

Nice to have:

• Experience in hardware manufacturing.

• Experience working with global B2B customers.

• Familiarity with ERP and Supply Chain Management systems.

• Experience working with suppliers and manufacturers in the Far East.
