Organizational Security Manager

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Organizational Security Manager to lead the company’s physical security, security awareness initiatives, and security-related projects. This role requires strong ownership, cross-functional leadership, operational execution, and a technology-oriented mindset.

Requirements: 5+ years of experience leading or managing projects in information security, corporate security, physical security, or similar domains. Strong technology orientation, preferably with cybersecurity knowledge or experience. High level of independence, ownership, matrix leadership, and hands-on execution. Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
