Network Operations Center (Student Position)

Description

GK8 is seeking a highly motivated NOC Engineer to join our support team in Israel. In this role, you will monitor and maintain critical systems and environments, respond to real-time incidents, and support a wide range of technologies. This position is ideal for a Computer Science student in the final year of studies who is eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, 24/7 environment.

Requirements

• Final year Bachelor’s degree student in Computer Science from a university, with a GPA of 80 or above

• Availability for ~25–28 hours per week, including 2–3 night shifts and Friday shifts

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Familiarity with Linux/Windows environments, networking, and APIs

• Basic understanding of cloud environments and hosting infrastructure – an advantage

• High level of written and verbal English – a must

• Ability to work independently, under pressure, and in a structured, team-based environment

• Willingness to undergo training during daytime hours
