C++ Engineer

Real Time Group, LTD., is looking for an experienced Software Engineer to implement algorithms in C++ to join a multidisciplinary team developing advanced algorithms for unique, cutting-edge projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop advanced software solutions for complex algorithmic systems.

• Implement software/algorithms in high level C++ on different platforms.

• Collaborate closely with algorithm developers, systems engineers and verification teams.

• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from design through implementation and optimization.

• Contribute to solving complex technical challenges and mentoring junior developers.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Physics or another Exact Sciences discipline.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with modern versions of C++ (C++11 and higher).

• Experience in implementing software algorithms on different platforms.

• Strong experience with Object-Oriented Design (OOD) and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).

• Strong analytical mindset and background in exact sciences.

• Experience of supporting/mentoring junior developers.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Linux/VxWorks/Windows OS - a huge advantage

• Experience with advanced C++ libraries - an advantage.

• Familiarity with modern software design patterns - an advantage.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines - an advantage.

• Experience working in Agile development environments - an advantage.

• Knowledge of physics and radar systems - an advantage.
