RT Embedded Team Lead

abra R&D division is seeking an Embedded Team Leader to join our team in North We are looking for an experienced Embedded software development team leader who will serve as a professional leader, support engineers, and drive professional involvement in projects, while also managing new employee onboarding. Key Responsibilities: • Managing and onboarding new employees • Providing professional support to engineers • Professional involvement in projects

Requirements: • At least 5 years of experience in Embedded software development • Relevant experience of at least 5 years in Embedded software development, including experience with various operating systems – Linux/VxWorks/FreeRTOS. • At least 3 years of experience managing a development team. • Experience in software development for multi-interface systems (including hardware interfaces – operating serial interfaces, interfaces with cards, BSP, etc.). • Knowledge and experience in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and working with C/C++. • Professional capabilities in testing, including planning and understanding test environments, designing tests (cycles and scenarios), initiating testing operations, leading and conducting reviews, designing and implementing tests. • Ability to manage people, work in a team, systemic view, high service consciousness and independence, high integration capabilities. • Proficiency in English, reading and writing - mandatory. • Very good interpersonal communication. • Working with professional managers at the client's site. • Working with managers at abra. • Experience working with: OS, Linux, c++, c, oop, hw/sw Advantages : • Experience in Real-Time (RT) systems development • Availability for international travel • Experience in managing and leading SCRUM teams Location : North (on-site)
