Global Planning Director

DRS RADA is a global pioneer of RADAR systems for active military protection, counter-drone applications, critical infrastructure protection, and border surveillance. We are seeking a Global Planning Director to lead end-to-end planning activities across the organization, based at the Beit Shean manufacturing site. The role includes close collaboration with global “Home Markets” and replaces the current Director. Key Responsibilities • Lead global planning: demand, production plan, material planning, capacity plan and inventory. • Drive S&OP / MPS and align demand with capacity • Interface with international “Home Markets” stakeholders • Optimize material allocation, production array, capacity and inventory management • Define KPIs and drive continuous improvement • Oversight, synchronize and develop the company worldwide planning teams Key Interfaces • Production & Manufacturing (Home markets) • Global Supply Chain • Program / Project Management • Finance • International teams

Requirements: • 10+ years in senior managerial positions at planning / supply chain (global manufacturing) • Leadership experience • Strong S&OP knowledge • Experience working with global stakeholders • Bachelor’s degree (MBA – advantage)
