Key Responsibilities

About The Role

We’re looking for a Director of AI Program & Product Management to define what we build and why.

You will own the AI use-case portfolio, prioritization, and delivery of measurable business outcomes - ensuring that AI initiatives drive adoption, not just delivery.

• Define the AI strategy and priorities of a global organization

• Work at the intersection of technology and business impact

• Drive initiatives that directly influence how the company operates

What You’ll Do

• Own the AI use-case portfolio and prioritization

• Lead 2–3 high-impact initiatives end-to-end per cycle

• Define success metrics with business stakeholders (revenue, productivity, CX)

• Drive execution: cadence, decisions, and visibility

• Ensure outcomes: adoption, usage, and measurable impact

• Scale successful solutions across the organization

Qualifications

What we’re looking for

• Experience leading AI / data / platform products in enterprise environments

• Strong ownership of end-to-end delivery (idea → adoption)

• Ability to translate business needs into prioritized execution plans

• Data-driven approach to decision making

• Experience working with senior stakeholders

Advantages
