Corporate Controller

One of our clients, a well-established global technology company, is looking to hire a Corporate Controller.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing international organization and take full ownership of its global financial operations. Reporting directly to the VP Finance, the Corporate Controller will play a key role in leading the company's accounting function, ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end General Ledger function and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.

• Prepare consolidated financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.

• Manage complex accounting topics, including revenue recognition (ASC 606) and lease accounting (ASC 842).

• Oversee inventory accounting, cost of goods sold (COGS), and financial aspects of global operations.

• Design, implement, and maintain internal controls to ensure financial integrity and compliance.

• Lead external audits and coordinate with tax advisors on local and international tax matters.

• Manage and mentor the bookkeeping team while ensuring accurate and timely financial operations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and improve financial reporting.

• Drive automation and continuous improvement of finance processes and systems.

Requirements:

• CPA with Big 4 experience – mandatory.

• 3–4 years of experience as a Controller or Assistant Controller in a global technology company.

• Strong knowledge of US GAAP.

• Hands-on experience with ASC 606 (Revenue Recognition) – mandatory.

• Experience in companies operating both software and hardware business models – an advantage.

• High proficiency in NetSuite ERP and advanced Excel skills.

• Previous experience managing bookkeeping or accounting teams.

• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, hands-on approach.
