About the position:

We are looking for a data-driven and creative Product Manager to turn market insights, business opportunities, and player needs into successful games. You will own the product direction and quality of games throughout their lifecycle - from concept and production to launch and post-release learning.

Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative game concepts and translate them into clear product briefs.

• Own the end-to-end player experience and product direction of assigned games.

• Validate product quality throughout production.

• Identify opportunities for new games, mechanics, and portfolio improvements.

• Lead exclusive games and special business requests.

• Collaborate with Game Production, Product R&D, Art, Business, and other key stakeholders.

• Use market insights, player behavior, and performance data to improve future games.

• Analyze game performance data and market trends to drive continuous portfolio optimization.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in the gaming industry, preferably within the iGaming, Social Casino, or Real-Money Gaming sectors.

• Proven track record in product management, game production, or game design.

• Strong understanding of game mechanics, player psychology, and slot math models.

• Analytical mindset with strong product judgment and a data-driven approach to decision-making.

• Excellent communication, ownership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Fluent, professional-level written and spoken English - a must.

• Experience with online slots is a strong advantage.
