FullStack Team Lead - Web & Mobile Applications

Location: Central Israel | Work Model: Hybrid | Employment: Full-time

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced FullStack Team Lead to lead a development team at the forefront of technology within a leading healthcare organization in Central Israel.

The role involves end-to-end ownership of the development lifecycle and is suited for an experienced developer with strong leadership and architectural capabilities, leading the development of web and mobile applications using React Native, React JS, .NET Core, and C#.

You will lead a development team in an Agile environment, design Web and Mobile system architectures, develop Microservices and REST APIs, manage Azure DevOps and CI/CD processes, conduct Code Reviews, lead Design Reviews, make technology decisions, mentor developers, and work closely with Product, Design, and QA teams.

Requirements - Must Have

Education - one of the following is required:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering

• Bachelor's degree in another field including 300 hours of computerized Information Systems courses

• Engineering degree including 200 hours of software courses

• Computer or Technology Practical Engineer diploma

• 400 hours of advanced Information Systems courses

• Graduate of a technological IDF unit such as Mamram, 8200, C4I, etc.

Professional Experience:

• 6+ years of proven experience developing complex mobile and web applications

• 3+ years of experience managing development teams in Agile and Scrum environments

• 3+ years of experience developing mobile applications using React Native, including publishing applications to Google Play and the App Store

• Strong proficiency in C# and proven experience with ASP.NET or Web API

• Experience designing and developing Microservices architectures and REST APIs, as well as working with Git

• Experience establishing and managing Azure DevOps processes, Azure Portal, and CI/CD pipelines

• Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases

• Experience designing architecture, making technical decisions, conducting Code Reviews and Design Reviews, and implementing best practices

• Proven experience working closely with Design, Product, and QA teams, with the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment

Nice to Have

• Experience developing complex applications for large organizations

• Familiarity with advanced product development and software testing processes

• Experience working with WebSockets

• Experience integrating AI capabilities into systems, including LLM APIs and understanding of Prompt Engineering
