Role Description The BIM Coordinator will be responsible for managing Building Information Modeling processes and ensuring accurate, coordinated digital models across architecture, structural, and MEP disciplines. Day-to-day tasks include setting up and maintaining BIM standards, coordinating models with design and construction teams, reviewing clash detection reports, and supporting project documentation and change management. The role involves close collaboration with project managers, architects, engineers, and external partners to support design development, construction planning, and data-driven decision-making. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Yaqum, with a combination of on-site presence and some work from home. The BIM Coordinator will also contribute to continuous improvement of BIM workflows, training team members, and supporting innovation in project delivery.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Building Information Modeling (BIM) and BIM Coordination skills, including experience with common BIM platforms and tools.

• Candidates should possess Architecture-related skills and understanding of building design processes and documentation.

• Candidates should possess Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) coordination skills, with the ability to integrate and review multidisciplinary models.

• Candidates should possess Project Management skills, including planning, task prioritization, and coordination across teams and stakeholders.

• Relevant qualifications such as a degree or diploma in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field are beneficial.

• Experience in real estate development or construction environments and familiarity with international standards and local regulations is an advantage.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting and in multidisciplinary teams.

• Experience with BIM standards implementation, clash detection, and model-based quantity and data extraction is highly desirable.
