Director of Finance – Leading Hospital in Northern Israel

A leading hospital in Northern Israel is seeking an experienced Director of Finance to join its executive leadership team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the hospital's finance and accounting functions.

• Manage budgeting, financial planning, reporting, and controls.

• Provide financial guidance to senior management.

• Lead and develop finance teams.

• Drive financial performance and support strategic decision-making.

• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Economics.

• CPA qualification (required for Accounting graduates).

• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance leadership roles.

• Proven experience in budgeting, financial planning, and financial controls.

• Managerial experience – required.

• Experience in healthcare or hospital environments – a significant advantage.

• Fluent Hebrew and good English proficiency.
