Program Manager

Elbit's ISTAR & EW division site in Holon is looking for a Program Manager for the Radar unit

In this role you will

Lead and manage programs for innovative radar systems, including proposal development, multidisciplinary engineering, production, and customer delivery

Manage work plans while maintaining resource frameworks, risk management, and challenging schedules

Develop and maintain ongoing trust-building relationships with customers

Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary project team within a matrix organization

Work closely with engineering teams and customer technical representatives

Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to execute programs while meeting quality targets and timelines

Requirements

B.Sc. in Engineering

B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering - advantage

5 years of experience in managing complex programs or projects

Experience in managing projects with international customers

Experience in the defense industry in Israel or abroad - advantage

Background and familiarity with engineering development processes and system integration in software, firmware, hardware, mechanical, and RF - advantage

Background and knowledge in radar - advantage

High-level English proficiency: spoken, written, and technical
