A leading organization is looking for an experienced Tableau Developer / BI Specialist to join its data and analytics team.

Role Description

The role includes development, implementation and support of advanced Tableau solutions, while working with diverse data sources, both structured and unstructured.

The position involves connecting, organizing and integrating data from multiple sources and platforms, designing data access and data flow processes, building analytical layers, and supporting large-scale data analysis processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop advanced dashboards, reports and analytical solutions using Tableau.

• Work with business users to define KPIs, analytical needs and reporting requirements.

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.

• Design logical data models and aggregated tables.

• Work with diverse data sources and analytical platforms.

• Develop and support ETL processes and data warehouse environments.

• Design data pipelines and data integration processes.

• Write complex SQL queries, mainly in SQL Server.

• Analyze data, identify trends and provide data-driven insights.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of hands-on experience developing with Tableau – MUST.

• At least 2 years of experience developing ETL processes and building data warehouses – MUST.

• Strong experience with SQL Server and complex SQL queries.

• Experience in data modeling and analytical design.

• Ability to solve complex problems and understand end-to-end data processes.
