Industrial Construction Procurement Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist specializing in industrial construction, infrastructure, and production lines to join a leading defense company in the Central Region. In this role, you will lead end-to-end procurement processes, manage complex commercial contracts, and work closely with external contractors and internal stakeholders to ensure project success within budget and timeline constraints.

Key Responsibilities: • Procurement & Contracting: Lead procurement processes and contractual engagements for complex construction, infrastructure, and production line projects.

• Contract Management: Handle construction agreements, commercial contracts, and long-term maintenance agreements. Oversee day-to-day operations and management of execution contractors and subcontractors.

• Negotiation & Execution: Conduct negotiations, issue purchase orders (POs), and strictly monitor project budget, milestones, and execution schedules.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with key internal interfaces, including Engineering, Project Management, Maintenance, Finance, and Legal.

Job Requirements: • Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in industrial/plant construction procurement – Mandatory.

• Contractual Expertise: Proven hands-on experience managing agreements, contracts, and execution subcontractors – Mandatory.

• Technical Domain Knowledge: Deep familiarity with electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, civil construction, and finishing works – Mandatory.

• Maintenance Agreements: Proven experience managing maintenance contracts and SLAs – Mandatory.

• Software: Hands-on experience working with SAP – Mandatory.
