Controller

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Controller to join a leading commercial and retail organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements, including coordination with external auditors

• Management of monthly closing processes and preparation of management reports

• Budget preparation, monitoring, and forecasting

• Development and implementation of financial controls and operational processes

• Management and leadership of the accounting team

• Ongoing collaboration with senior management across the organization

• Responsibility for interfaces with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies

• Oversight of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and collection activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics or Business Administration with a specialization in Accounting – mandatory

• Big 5 accounting firm alumni – mandatory

• At least 3-4 years of experience as a Controller in a commercial or retail company

• Experience preparing management reports and conducting performance analysis

• Experience working with budgets, forecasts, and financial planning tools

• Strong analytical skills and business acumen

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
