Data Systems Analyst | BI & DWH

We’re looking for an experienced Data Systems Analyst to join a leading Data & AI team and play a key role in designing and delivering advanced data solutions across insurance, finance, sales, and customer service domains.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Data / BI Systems Analyst who enjoys connecting business needs, data, and technology and wants to take ownership of complex, organization-wide data initiatives.

Central Israel | Hybrid – 1 day working from home

What You’ll Do

• Lead the analysis and definition of data and information requirements with business and technology stakeholders

• Translate complex business requirements into scalable Data, BI & DWH solutions

• Design and specify ETL/ELT and Data Integration processes

• Define Source-to-Target mappings and data transformation logic

• Perform data analysis and write complex SQL queries

• Work with complex data models, databases, and multiple data sources

• Collaborate closely with Data Engineers, BI Developers, architects, and business teams

• Support development teams throughout the full project lifecycle – from requirements and design through implementation and delivery

• Drive data initiatives independently in a complex, multi-system environment

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Systems Analyst / BI Systems Analyst / DWH Systems Analyst

• Strong hands-on SQL skills

• Proven experience defining ETL/ELT processes and Source-to-Target mappings

• Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and technical requirements

• Experience working directly with business stakeholders

• Strong system-level thinking and ability to understand complex data flows and dependencies

• Ability to independently drive tasks and work effectively across multiple teams and interfaces

Nice to Have

• Experience in large-scale, complex enterprise environments

• Background in insurance, financial services, or regulated industries

• Experience with AWS / Cloud data environments

• Experience with Informatica, Tableau, Power BI, or other BI platforms

• Knowledge of complex data models and Data Lake / DWH architectures

• Familiarity with Data Governance, Data Lineage, and Data Quality processes

• Experience working in an Agile environment
