Test and Product Engineer

Description

We are looking for a Senior Test Engineer to join our Product & Test Engineering (PTE) team and take a central role in IC test development at the silicon level. You will develop and own ATE test programs on the Advantest 93000 platform (SmarTest 8), contribute to test hardware development for wafer sort and final test, and take part in production analysis and RMA investigations. This is a hands-on role with end-to-end ownership — from new product introduction through high-volume production.

B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in semiconductor test and product engineering.

• Proven experience with IC test development on any ATE platform — must.

• Experience with RF/mixed-signal device testing — strong advantage.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills; comfortable interfacing with OSATs and cross-functional teams.

• Hands-on approach and willingness to work at the bench and on the test floor.

Technical Background

• Hands-on experience developing production test programs on ATE systems; Advantest 93000 — strong advantage; SmarTest 8 — significant advantage.

• Solid understanding of RF measurement concepts and lab equipment (spectrum/network analysers, signal generators, power meters) — advantage.

• Proficiency in programming languages (C/C++, Python, or similar; Java — an advantage).

• Experience with data analysis tools and production data formats (Python, JMP, MATLAB, STDF-based yield analysis systems, or equivalent).

• Familiarity with semiconductor production flows, wafer sort and final test methodologies, and working with fabs and OSAT subcontractors.

• Understanding of quality and reliability methodologies (yield management, SPC, 8D/root-cause analysis) — an advantage
