We're Hiring | Glassix Implementation Specialist

We're looking for an experienced Glassix Implementation Specialist to join our growing team.

What you'll do:

• Implement and configure Glassix solutions for enterprise customers

• Gather business requirements and translate them into effective system solutions

• Customize workflows, integrations, and business processes

• Work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements:

• Mandatory: Hands-on experience implementing Glassix

• Experience implementing, configuring, or developing enterprise information systems (such as CRM, ITSM, ERP, CX, or similar platforms)

• Experience with platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Microsoft Dynamics, Zendesk, HubSpot, Monday.com, or similar – an advantage

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and customer-facing abilities

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
